| CALAWITE CANDLE EXTINGUISHER
(above) One of the least three Belleek candle extinguishers for which there is any record. Most candle extinguishers are only marked on the base of the stand so there are probably other Belleek extinguishers in collections which have not been identified as Belleek. This particular one has Belleek's first period mark encircled with Barnicott Banfield & syddenham trade mark. |
(right, centre, left to right) IRISH HARP Note the unusual shamrocks which in this instance are applied onto the harp. From Teresa McHugh & Liz Stillwell's collection. BOUDOIR CANDLESTICK Candlestick with applied flowers around the candle holder. Can be found in a coloured version. Very rare. CORNFLOWER SPILL From Teresa McHugh & Liz Stillwell's collection. |
